  • What do I do when I receive my meals?

    Refrigerate your meals as soon as possible once delivered. You can freeze the meals if you like, but for optimum taste, we recommend eating them fresh. If you do decide to freeze your meals, letting them thaw in your refrigerator for 36-48 hours prior to eating typically yields the best results.

  • Is everything organic?

    About 90% of the ingredients we use are organic. We choose organic when available.

  • How long will my food last for?

    Meals typically stay fresh up to 7-10 days from delivery, once stored in the refrigerator. You can extend the shelf life 6-8 weeks if stored in the freezer.

  • How do I reheat the food?

    You can reheat using a stove top or stick it in the microwave for 1-2mins

  • Can I freeze them?

  • Do I have to add any extra ingredients to my meals?

    We like to think we do the best job seasoning, however, everyone's taste buds are different so you’re more than welcome to add any additional ingredients/seasonings to customize any meal!

  • Where do you deliver?

  • When is delivery?

    Our delivery dates vary depending on location.

    Los Angeles: Saturday morning
    Orange County: Saturday morning
    Inland Empire: Saturday morning
    San Diego: Sunday morning

  • How does delivery work? What should I expect?

    We start early to avoid traffic so please make sure to include any access codes or specific directions that we would need to gain access in order to deliver your meals. Once we are on our way to your home, you will receive text notification with an eta and ability to track your order.

  • Saturday & Sunday delivery wont' work for me, any other options?

    Option 1: Our kitchen is located in Costa Mesa so you can come pick it up during our operating hours.

    Option 2: We partner with numerous gyms. Check out the gym page and see if one of those would work. If they do, make sure you change your delivery fulfillment to that specific gym. Check their class schedule or give them a call to confirm when they are open so you can properly plan when to pick up your food.

    Option 3: We can deliver to a family member or friend who can accept and store your order as long as they are in our delivery area.

    Option 4: Never hurts to email or text us either. Depending on your location and events we have going on, we might be able to make something work. *automatic $10 delivery fee will be charged for anything outside our normal delivery days*

  • How much is delivery?

    We charge a flat rate of $5 for standard delivery. Anything outside of our normal delivery days will incur an automatic $10 delivery fee.
